A concerted effort has been made to develop a website that is not only informative and easy to navigate, but more importantly implements good open government practices. The end goal -- to bring Transparency to City of Bloomington functions and enhance the provision of information to the citizens of the City of Bloomington. Below in the Transparency at a Glance folder, you can view all documentation required to be available per 5 ILCS 140. Paper versions of the those documents are available at The Hub, located on the 1st floor in the Government Center at 115 E. Washington St., Suite 103,  Bloomington, IL 61701.
