Council and Committee of the Whole Meetings & Agendas

The City Council meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays monthly at 6:00 PM. The Committee of the Whole (COW) is held on the 3rd Monday monthly at 6:00 PM.

All Council and COW meetings are held in the Government Center Boardroom on the 4th Floor, 115 E. Washington St.

All meetings are open to the public and are ADA accessible.

Meeting Information prior to 9/16/2019:

The City Council packet includes the agenda page as well as all council items with supporting documentation in one PDF document.

The creation of Record of Motions and Votes documents was discontinued in 2019 due to the presence of the full meeting proceedings online and the availability of the City Clerk’s department to answer direct questions about the meeting’s content. Please see the “Proceedings” link for the full records of meeting minutes. 

CAUTION: Depending on the number of agenda items and the amount of content for each agenda item, file size of the council packet file can vary greatly. Please check the file size before downloading.
