- Virtual participation will only be permitted for City Council or Committee of the Whole meeting. Participants are able to join the meeting by telephone. Individuals wishing to participate virtually must list the exact phone number that will be used to call in - joining the meeting through another phone number may prevent you from participating.
- The Electronic Meeting Declaration for February 2022 has expired. As a result, the City Council and all City's subsidiary bodies (Boards and Commissions) have returned to in-person meetings which are pursuant to current COVID-19 protocols. City Council and Committee of the Whole will continue to be live streamed at www.cityblm.org/live.
- All City of Bloomington Boards and Commissions have returned to in-person meetings and as a result, all public comments must give in-person or via email.
