The Bloomington Public Library Board of Trustees is not managed by the City of Bloomington and the City is not responsible for maintaining the Library's records or ensuring legal compliance including the Open Meetings Act (OMA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), etc.
The Bloomington Library Board of Trustees serves as the governing board of the Bloomington Public Library per City Code Chapter 25, Section 102. The Library posts its’ agendas and minutes on its' website HERE.
