The Bloomington Normal Economic Development Council (B/N EDC) Board is not managed by the City of Bloomington and the City is not responsible for maintaining their records or ensuring legal compliance including the Open Meetings Act (OMA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), etc. The B/N EDC website can be found on their website here: https://www.bnbiz.org/.
The Mayor, or his designee, and the City Manager serve as the City of Bloomington's representatives on the B/N Economic Development Council Board.
