Description
The Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority (CIRA), formerly the Bloomington-Normal Airport Authority, Board is not managed by the City of Bloomington and the City is not responsible for maintaining the their records or ensuring legal compliance including the Open Meetings Act (OMA), Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), etc. The CIRA Board website, full roster, annual meeting dates, and meeting documents can be found HERE.
The Central Illinois Regional Airport Authority Board is overseen by seven (7) appointed commissioners, two (2) from the City of Bloomington, two (2) from the Town of Normal and three (3) from the McLean County Board.
