ATTENTION:

We want to inform you of an issue that may have affected payments made on February 5, 2026 using a credit or debit card; including autopay or a scheduled payment.

Due to a nationwide ransomware attack impacting our payment processing partner, BridgePay Network Solutions, certain transactions from that date may not have processed successfully.

What You Need to Know
  • If your bill was due on February 5, 2026, and you made a payment that day using a credit or debit card; including autopay or a scheduled payment your account may currently show the payment as applied.
  • However, at this time, the funds have not been successfully withdrawn from your account and have not been received by our bank.
  • Beginning February 17, 2026, we will work to reverse the affected payment batch that was imported, since the associated funds were not received.
What You Should Do
  • You may call us to submit a new payment for the bill that was due on February 5, 2026, to bring your account current.
  • If you are enrolled in autopay, you may choose to wait. Your autopay will withdraw the outstanding February 5 balance along with your March 5, 2026 bill.
We apologize for any inconvenience this situation may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve it.
