Plan Review Fee Schedule (Commercial Construction Only)
In October 2018, City Council adopted the following fee schedule to provide for the plan review process in the Building Safety Division of the Community Development Department. This fee shall be based on the cost of all construction, systems, and site improvements.

| $500 or less | $20 minimum |
| $501 - $1,000 |
$30 minimum |
| $1,001 - $20,000 | $30 plus $2.40 per hundred or part thereof |
| $20,001 - $50,000 | $496 plus $0.42 per hundred or part thereof |
| $50,001 and over | $612 plus $0.24 per hundred or part thereof |
Commercial Construction shall include all multifamily structures of three or more units and all business, commercial, or industrial type buildings. It shall not include one or two family dwellings.
