Manufactured Home Parks must be registered within the City of Bloomington. Businesses wanting to register a manufactured / mobile home park, please be advised, that in order for a submission to be considered complete, the application must be completely filled out, and all supplemental attachments submitted.

License Renewal Requirements

Licensees will be required to renew their license in order to operate and must supply the following Supplemental Documentation:

Affidavit of Renewal

Premises Verification (Updated Lease if current lease on file expired, if applicable)

Updated Site Plan (If changes were made to the original site plan.)

State of IL Proof of Good Standing

Inspection Required: Economic & Community Development Department

Annual License Fees:

$200 Annual License Fee

$5 per each lot
