Building Code Updates

The Development Services Department enforces the following Codes and Ordinances related to the construction, alteration, maintenance, change of use, and fire prevention of buildings and other structures located within the City, as adopted by the City Council. These Codes and Ordinances are adopted by the City Council to ensure minimum life/safety standards for the citizens of the City of Bloomington.
