The City of Bloomington serves as the Trustee for the John M. Scott Trust. This trust provides nearly one million dollars in grant funding for organizations providing health care-related services to McLean County residents at or below 185% of the Federal Poverty Level Link: (https://aspe.hhs.gov/topics/poverty-economic-mobility/poverty-guidelines).
