Thank you for your interest in obtaining a Catering Liquor license in the City of Bloomington. Catering Liquor Licenses are strictly for out-of-town businesses holding a Primary Liquor License from a municipality outside of Bloomington. A City of Bloomington Catering Liquor License, if approved, requires that food be served and that liquor only be provided via an open bar. Individual drink and/or bottle sales are not allowed.

Please note that applications are routed through various stages of review and may take time to be fully processed. During the review, the City Clerk Department will contact the applicant via email with any questions and notify the applicant of the final application status (approved or denied).
