Weather permitting, Thursday September 2, 2021 at 7:00 a.m., West Locust Street from White Oak Road to Hinshaw Avenue, is scheduled to begin asphalt resurfacing operations and have limited access to through traffic. Residents are encouraged to use alternative routes during construction operations and expect delays. Local access will be maintained at all times. Complete access to this section of West Locust Street will be resumed as soon as work is completed.
