Weather permitting, Thursday September 2, 2021 at 7:00 a.m., North Hinshaw Avenue from Locust Street to Forrest Street, is scheduled to begin asphalt resurfacing operations and have limited access to through traffic. Residents are encouraged to use alternative routes during construction operations and expect delays. Local access will be maintained at all times. Complete access to this section of North Hinshaw Avenue will be resumed as soon as work is completed.
