Spotlight: FY28 to FY32 Five-Year Pavement Treatment Plan

The City of Bloomington understands the benefit of providing a pavement treatment plan that includes coordination with other departments, allots sufficient time to plan projects, and provides clear and transparent information to the public.

The Engineering Department’s pavement treatment plan outlines five years of Resurfacing and HP Slurry projects. Streets have been identified and scheduled for improvement in the first two years of the plan, while the streets included in the last three years of the plan are less finalized. The three outyears are shown together and will be finalized within a specific year and as they move into the first two years of the plan.

For more information, please use this link to view the City’s Infrastructure Projects Dashboard

The City created the infrastructure projects dashboard as an additional resource to keep the public informed of infrastructure projects occurring in the City. The dashboard provides a graphical depiction of how much work is being done and how much money is being spent by the City to improve the community.

Please note that project details, including timelines, scope, and other relevant information are subject to modification as needed.
