BLOOMINGTON, IL - Asphalt binder operations are scheduled to start Tuesday, August 4, 2026, on Four Seasons Road, from the cul-de-sac on the south end to north of Oakland Avenue. Roadwork project schedules may change depending on weather and other factors.

The intersections along these routes will be temporarily closed periodically during the asphalt binder operations to allow for proper installation. Motorists traveling through the intersections may experience delays, may be impacted by the periodic intersection closures, and should seek other routes.

While the street will be open to traffic, motorists are encouraged to consider alternate routes until the project is complete. The street will be fully reopened as soon as the entire project is complete.
