City Staff needed a quick and efficient method to capture information about bulk waste pickups and drop-offs. The creation of a Survey123 form for each process was created. The form allows field staff to easily collect the necessary information in the field without significantly adding to the workload.

The most impressive aspect of the Survey123 form is the integration it allows with Microsoft’s Power Automate and SharePoint. As information is submitted into the form, it is stored in a SharePoint list where it reviewed and sent to Utility Billing. Additionally, pertinent information is pulled from the form via Power Automate and an email is generated and sent to applicable staff for notification and review. 

By utilizing the Survey123 form, staff has robust analytics available to them.

The reporting is dynamic and automatically updates as new data is input in the system.
