Tickets can be accessed through Bison Account Manager (if purchased directly through the Bison) or Ticketmaster App (if purchased online via TicketMaster).

If you are unable to access digital tickets, please contact a Bison ticket rep at 309-965-4373 extension 2.

Tickets NOT obtained through a member of the Bloomington Bison Ticket Staff, Grossinger Motors Arena Box Office (“Box Office”), or Ticketmaster are purchased at your own risk and might be tickets that have been lost, stolen, or have been illegally resold. In such cases, those tickets will not be honored.
